760 Cordova Blvd. | Snell Isle | St. Petersburg, Florida

PREMIER RESIDENCE | WEDNESDAY SERIES

The Vinoy Golf Club lies just beyond the pool. There is a private gate should you wish to walk the course.

I have driven past this house hundreds of times am a house I own is down the street. From the outside — handsome, dignified, the right scale and proportions for Cordova Boulevard, holding its own among houses of similar stature. But nothing that would stop you.

Then you walk through the front door.

The entry hall opens immediately into a double-height living and dining space — soaring ceilings, the upper balcony rail visible above — and the entire back of the house is glass. A terrace runs the full width of the home and sits directly on the Vinoy Golf Club. The golf course is not the view from a window. It is what the house is oriented around. Expansive views of signature water holes 16, 17, and 18, manicured by the club — a certified Audubon Sanctuary since 2008.

This would be a wonderful family home and great for entertaining. A private office and en-suite bedroom on the main level. Four en-suite bedrooms upstairs. Expansive outdoor living, a heated saltwater pool, a putting green, and the aforementioned gate.

I think this house will be acquired by a couple who loves to golf — and whose breath gets taken away every time they walk through the front door. Their kids will take lessons steps away and possibly attend the prestigious Canterbury School, just a few doors down.
