We say that phrase so often in this business that it stops meaning anything. But it's rarely about a zip code. It's about which window you wake up to, and which one you fall asleep in.
St. Pete sits on a peninsula, which means some buyers are choosing a sunrise life and others are choosing a sunset life, often without realizing they're choosing at all.
Last night I watched the sunset from my 39th floor terrace, looking out to the Gulf of Mexico and the Skyway Bridge. This morning I walked my dog two blocks and watched the sunrise over Tampa Bay.
Same city. Different water. Different light.
